Why do you need to make an account in Sense?
Making an account is necessary to protect your information and for the correct operation of all Sense functions. For example, using the date of birth Sense calculates the psychophysical activity (biorhythms). The parameters of the hands are used to determine your abilities and life events. You can create multiple accounts on your device, for example, for friends or relatives. When creating an account, you enter your data to which only you have access. You can manage the data of your account, as well as remove the account and all the information which is located in it. You can find out more about how we use your personal information here.
How to change the password of the account?
To change the password of your account, go to the main menu of the application, then click the icon "i" located in the upper left corner. Then go to Settings, scroll down and click "change password".
I cannot reset account password. When I press the button to reset the password, it directs me to the application on the login screen. What should I do?
In iOS 12, by default, the links of our site lead to the application itself. In order to get to the password reset page, you need go to the email “reset the password” that came to your email and hold the blue button “reset the password”. Then select “open in Safari”. On the opened page enter your new password and click “save”.
How to change your location?
City/country can be changed in the settings of your account. Go to the main menu of the application, then click the icon "i" located in the upper left corner. Then go to Settings and make changes to your personal data. During data entry in the drop-down list, you can select the desired city or country.
How can I change the photo for my account?
You can change your photo in your account settings. Go to the main menu of the application, then click the icon "i" located in the upper left corner. Then go to Settings and click on your photo, select the option (take a photo or choose from the gallery) and save the changes.
How to remove my account?
You can remove your account by yourself. Go to the main menu of the application, then click the icon "i" located in the upper left corner. Then go to Settings. At the bottom of the settings screen, click on "remove account", and then confirm the action. After that, all information from your account, including photos of hands, will be deleted from our server.
What should I do if I incorrectly entered my gender during registration?
You can change gender in your account settings. Go to the main menu of the application, then click the icon "i" located in the upper left corner. Then go to Settings and make changes to your personal data.
I can't scan my hand or one of my fingers.
Here is the list of the steps which can be helpful while shooting your hands:
1. It is better to shoot hands while standing. In this position, extraneous objects will be removed away from the hand and will not affect the process of analyzing the parameters.
2. In addition to the remoteness of objects for greater contrast, it is necessary to choose a background that is darker than the hand. Avoid light (yellow and white) backgrounds, as well as backgrounds with clear patterns, as they can get into the frame and be considered as a hand by the program. Make sure that there are no abrupt color transitions in the background, for example, when a dark carpet turns into a light floor.
3. Also, remove all objects (rings, watches, etc.) from your hands and better to roll up sleeves of your clothing. Tthere should be bare hands on the dark background (darker than palms) in the frame while shooting.
4. The palms should be kept parallel to the iPhone. Do not bend your fingers back or forward.
5. The palms and fingers should fall clearly into the allotted area for scanning. When scanning fingerprints, you can bring your finger closer to the camera, but do not remove it for a long distance. But it is better to adhere to the calculated allotted area.
6. Also, if the scanning process takes a lot of time (more than 10 minutes), it is better to have a good battery life on the device, since the parameter analysis algorithm takes a lot of energy and the phone can quickly be discharged.
7. Follow the hints while scanning, and also use a video example showing how to properly scan hands.
I scanned my hand, but I can't scan one of my fingers.
If one of the fingers is not scanned, scan any other finger instead. This, of course, will add inaccuracies for the calculation of information about you, but will allow you to complete the registration. Later you can edit the desired finger within the application and get accurate information about yourself.
I incorrectly scanned the hand or one of the fingers.
You can edit the parameters of your hands. There are two ways:
1. Go to the main menu of the application, then click the " i " icon located in the upper left corner. At the bottom of the screen, click on “remake my hands photo”, and then scan all parts of the hand. After this, save the new parameters of your hands.
2. Go to the Abilities section, then scroll down a bit and find Hand parameters. You can choose any of the parameters you would like to edit. For example, to edit the Mind line, swipe once to the right and click on the "Edit" button at the bottom left. Then save the new settings.
I do not want the photos of my hands to be stored and used outside the application.
We do not transfer your personal information (including photos of your hands) to third parties. But we can use hand photos to improve image processing and analysis algorithms, as well as for research in psychology and biometrics, to provide you with more accurate information about your life. If you do not want to provide us with photographs of your hands, during the scan, deselect "I authorize using photos of my hands and fingers to collect statistics." In this case, the encrypted parameters of your hands without real photos will be saved in your account. This will allow you to use the application as usual without saving the photo of your hands. How to remove the pictures of my hands from my account?
You can remove the photo of your hands. Go to the main menu of the application, then click the icon "i" located in the upper left corner. At the bottom of the screen, click on "remake the photos of my hands" and then "remove the photos of my hands." After that, all photos, as well as the parameters of your hands will be deleted from our server. In this case, you will not be able to use many functions of the application, since the parameters of your hands are necessary for calculating some information. To use all the functions of the application, scan your hands again, after removing the "I authorize using the photos of my hands and fingers to collect statistics". In this case, the encrypted parameters of your hands without real photos will be saved in your account. This will allow you to use the application as usual without saving the photo of your hands.
How to unsubscribe from one or all functions?
All subscriptions in Sense are made through iTunes. If you purchased a subscription to an additional section in the app, you can manually delete it. I subscribed, but I have lost access to the acquired function (or functions).
If you paid for the subscription, but you cannot use the purchased function(s), check may be the subscription validity period has expired. If your subscription is valid, but there is no access to the functions, email us and send Apple receipt confirming the payment. We will help you to restore access to the acquired function or functions.
I had a problem with purchasing.

Where can I find prices for all Sense features?
Prices for each function of the application are presented in the Purchase section. Go to the additional menu (three dots in the upper right corner), click on Purchases and select the desired function to view prices and subscription plans.
How to change the language of the application?
Currently Sense is completely in English/Russian. Some of the information may be presented in Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, German and Korean. If the information in the application is presented not in your language, check the language settings on your device. Also check the region, it should match the country in which the English/Russian language is supported. To do this, go to Settings on your iPhone> General> Language and Region. We are currently working on translating into other languages.
